ORDERING
Please call us
at 1-800-296-4008, or (757) 626-0001 in the Hampton Roads, VA area,
to provide and receive the following information. We are here to
take your call between 8AM and 5PM Mon-Fri EST. Outside of these
times, please fill out our short contact
form and a customer representative will contact you as soon
as possible:
- Item Number
- Item description,
including any modifications to the item as featured in the catalog.
- Item Material/Color
Number
- Item Quantity
- Colors, if
applicable
- Total cost
including screen setup charges.
We will also
need to discuss the following with you:
- Artwork
Criteria
- Imprint Location(s)
- Preferred
shipping method and rates.
- Preferred
delivery date if a rush order.
- Quote number,
if applicable.
Screen
Print/Cut Charges: For each hot stamped or screened imprint,
a die will have to be created. With some suppliers, the only exceptions
to these charges are for repeat orders with no changes to the die.
Each supplier also has screen setup fees that vary from $30.00 to
$45.00 per color. You will be notified of any irregular charges
that may take place for your particular order.
Specific
Use Date/Rush Orders: If the use date will require faster production
than our normal turn around time of 10 to 20 days, please indicate
this to your customer service reperesentative when calling for artwork
and shipping details.
Acknowledgments:
All orders receive an emailed acknowledgment. Please review your
acknowledgment carefully and contact our customer service department
immediately with any discrepancies. Unless we are notified immediately
we are not responsible for any errors.

for more details.
Cancellations:
All orders are considered firm. If a cancellation is necessary,
all work done to date wilt be billed accordingly.
Combined
Quantity Pricing: In some ordering situations, combined quantity
pricing Combine the quantity when ordering two or more products
with same imprint to receive combined qty. pricing. Minimum quantity
for each item ordered must be met. The copy must be exactly the
same (including size) in order to receive this pricing. Combined
quantity pricing does not apply to the running charges.
Less
than Minimum Quantity: Some suppliers will accept less-than-minimum
quantity orders, however pricing will affected in these circumstances.

Order
Changes: If changes are made after an order is placed, additional
charges may be incurred. Increases in quantity may require a separate
order if work has begun on the original order. All order changes
must be confirmed in writing or via fax.
Over
Runs/Under Runs: We reserve the right to ship 5% over or under
quantity. On custom jobs we reserve the right to ship over or under
by 10%.
Production
Time: Lead times listed below can be affected by seasonal fluctuations
and order size. Imprinted orders: 10-20 days upon receipt of purchase
order and camera ready artwork.
Proof:
Lead time will vary depending on proof type chosen and quality of
artwork submitted. Production time will not begin until proof has
been approved.
Repeat
Orders: Previous order detail, art, imprinting dies and screens
are held for two years as a general rule. Depending on supplier,
reorders are either not charged for die setting if using a previously
ordered design or are charged a minimum resetting charge. Call us
at 1-800-296-4008 or consult your customer service for details.
Returns:
Un-imprinted merchandise may only be returned with supplier
authorization. There will be a $35.00(G) re-stocking charge plus
10% of the net cost of the order.
Un-imprinted
Merchandise: Depending on supplier, products shipped without
imprint will be billed at the next higher quantity price break.
SHIPPING
Most
orders are shipped directly from our suppliers. Thus, each uses
various shipping methods and entities for their distribution with
the majority using UPS. Your Commercial Advertising Representative
will provide you with an accurate shipping rate to your preference
at time of order.
Freight
Claims: Freight Claims must be placed by the recipient. Merchandise
is shipped at the buyer's risk with title passing to recipient at
the FOB point. Commercial Advertising is unable to guarantee on-time
delivery or the condition of goods delivered once merchandise is
turned over to a recognized carrier. All claims for damaged freight
must be made by the recipient against the carrier within 15 days.
For UPS shipments, claims must be made by Commercial Advertising
on your behalf within 10 days. Therefore, we must receive notice
of your UPS claim in writing, within 7 days. It is essential that
all original shipping cartons, packaging materials and damaged product
be retained by the recipient until the claim is settled.
Split
Destination Shipments: Split destination, $6.25(V) per destination
when entire shipment is authorized to ship at one time. Shipments
made at different times; $25.00(V) per release, minimum quantity
100 piece per release, to cover bookkeeping and warehouse costs.
All shipments must be made within 6 months of original order.
Third
Party Freight Billing: A processing charge of $3.35(C) per carton
will be charged to cover paper work involved with third party freight
billing.
MISCELLANEOUS
Substitutions:
All orders are subject to availability of materials and component
parts. Commercial Advertising reserves the right to substitute as
necessary due to availability.
Trademarks:
All copy or other material submitted by the customer for use by
factory in producing the items ordered will be accepted by the factory
as being submitted in full compliance with all applicable Laws regarding
trademark, service mark, copyright, right of privacy, patent, contractual
limitations or similar protection. Copy and trademarks illustrated
in this catalog are used to demonstrate product imprinting. This
does not constitute endorsement by any company of our product line.
Warranties:
Watches carry a limited lifetime warranty against factory defects
in material and workmanship, excluding crystal, bracelet, strap,
crown, battery or wear to the case (See respective warranty enclosed
with product for details), All other products carry a two-year warranty
against factory defects in material and workmanship.
